An Extraordinary sense of place.
The Development
Designed to be a sanctuary while serving as a gateway into the City of Norcross.
The Canopy at Crooked Creek is thoughtfully programmed to provide a sense of place - centered around preserving the existing natural appeal, providing a restaurant focused retail village, and yielding a mix of housing typologies to create a synergistic development in place of a dated office campus.
The Collaboration
The heart of the Canopy @ Crooked Creek lies with a collaborative effort between existing Norcross stakeholders and a carefully selected design and development team to thoughtfully redevelop ~65% of the 19-acre property. The Jefferson Plaza office campus will be preserved and densified, while additional development verticals is proposed to bring desired retail offerings, for sale townhomes, for sale age-targeted condominiums and multifamily.
Natural Draw
Hidden in plain sight
Though only 2.5 miles from I-285, the natural features that exist on the property exude a feeling of north GA tranquility. As a result, we are prioritizing the existing canopy and natural draw of Crooked Creek which will serve as a focal point of gather for retail patrons, office goers and residents. The development integrates multiple outdoor gathering areas throughout the property to create a true sense of place.

“At The Canopy at Crooked Creek, our vision begins with the landscape itself—the mature trees, the flowing creek, and the sense of discovery they inspire. As master developer, I see an opportunity to bring these extraordinary natural assets into the daily life of Norcross, creating a place where homes, local businesses, and welcoming public spaces come together beneath the canopy. Our responsibility is to honor the character of this land while shaping its next chapter—a community where people feel connected to nature, to their neighbors, and to the city they call home.”
